The annual meeting of the branch will be

as part of the AAUW NC 2010 Convention and immediately following the 3:40-4:20 general session that includes presentation of the 2009 AAUW Juvenile Literature Award and the memorial service.
While all branch members will get a ballot to vote on the items that will be prepared in advance of the meeting (specifically bylaws changes and elections), please plan to attend this face-to-face meeting where we’ll have an opportunity to discuss the branch and its future. We expect to have a quorum (10% of the branch members), and so will be able to make decisions about the branch. Plan to attend to lend your ideas to these conversations.
